To support our Management Training Programme we have some excellent resources and facilities. The programme is coordinated by me, and I work closely with our lecturers and other staff to ensure that training outcomes are achieved and assessed. In addition we have Training assistants to help support training and monitor students performance.

Since all of our lecturers have real experience of the subjects they teach, and so they also train students. Key training areas on campus are the fine –dining Hilton Suite, the banqueting restaurant, Swiss Alpine Restaurant, the front office training centre, night club and bar. Of course since we are located within two hotels we have all of the real training environment required. Our training areas are supported by key software like Fidelio and H.O.T.S.. |
Finally we have full training schedules with clear outcomes and a Personal Development File to record progress.
Of course our training is also an excellent preparation for Swiss and International Placements.
