Previous culinary students now work n the culinary operations of some of the worlds leading hotels in Switzerland, Mauritius, Maldives, Dubai, and other international hotel centres. The culinary centre at HTMi has a reputation of being very innovative and even has its own online recipe book where you can access many recipes developed by our students and chefs (http://recipe.culinarymanager.ch
). We now are developing a strong focus on baking and confectionary culinary, something that Switzerland is well known for.
