| Congratulations to Dr Hazel Sommerville |
 HTMi congratulates the achievements of Dr Hazel Sommerville, while successfully completing her tenure as Head of Research at HTMi, and for playing a pivotal role in developing the International Hospitality Research Centre Switzerland to a level were it is now a recognised leader in student-led research in the international hospitality and tourism industry.
During her time as Head of Research at HTMi Dr Sommerville was the editor and key coordinator of the International Hospitality Student Research Journal, and recently launched it’s 11th volume. The Journal currently has an international editorial advisory board of 28 leading researchers worldwide. http://www.sturesearch.ch/
Dr Sommerville also played a key management role in the organisation of the International Hospitality and Tourism Conference Switzerland held twice per year at HTMi. Recently HTMi hosted the 8th conference successfully in Luzern and in Soerenberg.

Dr Sommerville’s passion for research at HTMi has helped the institute, staff and students in many ways to reach a high quality standard in student - led research. We all congratulate her on her many successes at HTMi and thank her for her contributions to the development of HTMi.
HTMi will shortly announce Dr Sommerville’s successor.
