Then we have recently launched our second in the series of HTMi Culinary Centre Recipe books, featuring recent “signature dish” recipes from our PgD students, and our two top international visiting chefs , Andreas Kurfurst and Kevin Tang, it is really a great and innovative effort and we are already preparing our third in the series due to be launched before Christmas 2010. We will continue this semester to develop full specifications for our five star hotel menu range and have culinary exchanges around the international hospitality industry.
