My name is Joseph Onchwati. It is from HTMI that I successfully completed my PG Diploma in international Hotel and Tourism Management as well my MBA in Hospitality Management that I joined Top Chefs Culinary Institute, one of the Top culinary schools in Kenya as a Culinary Lecturer/Instructor, where we develop a broad and comprehensive understanding of profession about the big world of food to aspiring chef students.
