Wine and dish pairing is also a key focus.

The Programme was launched in 2009 with the visit of Professional Guest Chef Andreas Kurfürst, Director Food & Beverage at Renaissance Dubai Hotel, and Vice President of Emirates Culinary Guild, (http://www.emirates-culinaryguild.com)

Now are very pleased to welcome Kevin Tang as our first Professional Guest Chef visit in 2010. Kevin has a very wide culinary experience in many different Asian and Western countries .
