Hi Everyone. My name is Nataliya Koval and I came from Ukraine. I came to HTMi for the Certificate course, even though I already had a Bachelor Degree in Economics. I did not regret my decision to start from the very beginning. The quality of Swiss education proved to be extremely high. From my own experience I can say that it is very important to learn basics, especially if you have a background in another industry. It gives an opportunity to learn everything precisely and get some practice before starting your internship or work.

HTMi Institute has very high standards and at the beginning it was quite tough to adapt. School rules require everyone to wear a manager uniform, speak English at all times and to be professional in each and every way. As a student it is sometimes difficult to accept all these standards, however when it comes to real life and you actually start work, the advantages are obvious. I did my first internship at the reception of 5 star luxury hotel in Lugano and everyone was impressed with my professionalism.

During 4 semesters in HTMi I’ve got many friends from different countries, I’ve broaden my perceptions of the world and gained a great multicultural experience. My Swiss education will give me a chance to built a successful career and let my dreams come true!
