Further to the previous news release about Swiss EDUQUA accreditation we are very pleased to announce that in addition to the longstanding Swiss EDUQUA Accreditation for HTMi, now following the recent inspection of the Swiss Quality Association, SQS, all Centres at HTMi have  been awarded EDUQUA certification. They are :

The School of International Hotel and Tourism Management provides high quality education,  training and work internships to all students. Students gain Swiss diplomas and a Bachelor Degree from University of Ulster and an MBA from Queen Margaret University. HTMi and the courses  have for a long time been accredited and recognised by the official Swiss government quality agency EDUQUA.

The International Hospitality Research Centre Switzerland at HTMi is unique in Switzerland and has its own international research journals.

The Centre for Events Management Training organises a large number of events at all levels, including conferences, weddings and culinary events

The Centre for Culinary Management prepares students with the required skills and knowledge to operate within a kitchen, develop recipes and operate within the a la carte and banqueting restaurants on campus.

The Centre for Careers Management at HTMi connects with all major international hotel companies and places students around the world.

Through the HTMi Centres for Excellence, HTMi is a leading Hotel Management Institute in hospitality education, training and innovation. During the recent SQS inspection in particular the inspectors praised the accomplishments of all Centres and noted that HTMi is the first hotel school to establish a research and development centre for Apple IPOD Touch in hospitality education.
