My Life in HTMi!

Fall 2009 was the time I began my life in this beautiful country called Switzerland. My first impression of this country was how mountains and greenery always accompanied the surrounding. Not bad for a first impression I must say.

During my time studying in HTMi, I have learnt and experienced many things related to the hotel industry and I must say even more useful information not taught in the books. Being able to practice my management and service skills was one of the main challenges tasked to me and I learnt and enjoyed it every last bit.

Now in Spring 2010, I am doing the Train-the-Trainer Program. With my team and I, I love this program as I get to bring my management skills into further practice when events arise and I am assigned a team under me.

So if you are willing to take up this learning challenge like me, I must say that HTMi has plenty of it for you to learn and experience.
