My name is Le Hoang Vu (Gao) and I successfully completed the Bachelor  (BSc) Degree in international Hotel and Tourism Management at HTMi.  Then, with the support of HTMi, I joined the Rotana Hotel Group - the leading hotel group in the Middle East and North Africa as a management trainee in F&B.

During my one year with Rotana, thanks to the amount of knowledge and practical experience gained at HTMi, I have been very confident and able to adapt quickly to the 5 star hotel environment. Rotana  gave me comprehensive training in all aspects, and I was involved in many departmental projects at all level and best of all, I was promoted as Asst. Outlet Manager for the pre-opening  of Amwaj Rotana in Dubai (http://www.rotana.com/property-25.htm), in charge of pre-opening for a 150 seats Benihana (www.benihana.com). It is also possible that I will do pre-opening for the Steak house at Oryx Rotana, Qatar property - a brand new experience for me.For all current and future HTMi students : I know, it is not easy for you to reach the top at HTMi...but once you make it, your way to the top in the hotel industry will be clearer.
