Culinary Recipe Book Launch
Congratulations to the Centre for Culinary Management, and the Swiss Hospitality Publishing House, both based at HTMi, for jointly Launching the first in a series of culinary recipe books. The first edition features a selection of recipes developed by the culinary students, studying the Postgraduate Diploma in Culinary Management at HTMi. The recipes developed by the students are from Mauritius, Malaysia, Taiwan, India, USA, and Switzerland. Each student has a section in the recipe book for a favourite starter, main course and dessert.
