We are very pleased to announce the launch of www.culinarymanager.ch.
 This is the official website of the Centre for Culinary Management at HTMi. The website has the latest recipe book created at the Centre and from the Centre's online community, and gives many tips on wine pairing with the Centre’s recipes and in general. The News section gives the latest news from the culinary world, and the trends section describes contemporary developments including technology, food trends and more. The research and design sections give the latest work from culinary researchers, and development in menu, kitchen and restaurant design. Of course you are welcome to contact us on any matter including application to our Postgraduate Diploma in Culinary Management, and culinary managers, chefs and culinary professionals can join the Centre online.
